Welcome to PACT, Inc.

As one of the first independent service coordination agencies in the State of Illinois, we have a wealth of information for you. Please choose from one of the options above to learn more about PACT and the services it provides.

We can be contacted by a variety of methods. The column at the right shows different methods to use in contacting us. We maintain a 24-hour answering service for emergency situations.

There are no charges for any of our services except for those in our Life Management Services® program.

If you have questions regarding any of our programs or would like to initiate the process to receive services please call 630-493-0400, for our Child and Family Connections Intake coordinator,630-960-9700 for our Community Services Intake Coordinator, and ext. 4203 for our Life Management Services® Intake Coordinator.
