Client Service Coordination         $100.00 per hour

This covers all work provided by the Client Services Coordinator.  Including, but not limited to:

• Meetings
• On-site visits
• Court appearances
• Service Plan development
• Review of support services
• Linkage to needed services
• Report preparation
• Advocacy
• Purchases

Client Account Management        $80.00 per hour

All work involving the oversight and administration of client fiscal assets.  Including, but not limited to:

• Invoice management
• Billing
• Check preparation
• Asset management
• Review of bank statements
• Preparation of estate accountings
• Semi-annual review of investment strategy

Case Consultation                        $100.00 per hour

There is no charge for the first two hours of PACT service coordinator time when starting a new case.  After that our regular Client Service Coordination fee is applied to any meeting, correspondence, documentation or other activity that involves a Life Management Services® coordinator.

Travel                                           $.75 per mile

Note:  All rates are effective July 1, 2008. All fees are charged on an hourly basis, in 5 minute increments.
