Individual Service and Support Advocacy
What Once persons are linked with services in DuPage County, PACT provides a state funded advocacy service called Individual Service and Support Advocacy (ISSA).

This service is designed to review the individual's satisfaction with the services they are receiving and provide service coordination for them.  We meet with the individual at least 4 times a year, where they receive services, so that we can maintain an effective relationship with them and advocate for them.
Services Services include:
  • Review and track individual service planning process and service delivery
  • Attend staffings for individuals
  • Visit individuals at residential and day sites on a regular basis
  • Review clinical and file documentation
  • Reconfirm the person's choice's and service satisfaction on a regular basis
Fees There are no fees for any of PACT services in this program.
